Shipping information

• Orders placed (Monday to Thursday) before 13 noon can be delivered the next day.
• Calls through our courier service GO! (telephone notification) cost 5 € net.
• Appointment requests outside the regular time window (08:00 - 17:00) must please be arranged separately with the Biebertaler Blutegelzucht.

Shipping costs are calculated depending on the destination.

We cannot guarantee delivery by the courier service GO! until 17 o'clock due to force majeure.
Force majeure refers to events that are beyond the control of the courier service. This includes, for example, closed roads due to natural events (severe weather, snow, etc.), but also strikes of the staff, traffic jams or an accident.

If you have issued a deposit permit, please always consider the current weather situation. Very high or very low temperatures can damage or even kill the leeches. Resulting complaints we can not consider.
